The exhibition will take place in the area of “Foyer” and the “Weinbrenner Saal” of the Stadthalle / Kongresszentrum Karlsruhe on the ground floor.
Parking for load and unload: during the setup on Monday 6, delivery is possible directly in front of the Stadthalle, use entrance east (“Eingang Ost”). Parking during the day is not allowed due to a secondary event.
General parking: there is a basement garage located below the Stadthalle / Kongresszentrum.

Fork lifts are not allowed in the Stadthalle, only jack lifts with pneumatic tires can be used. The max. height for a booth is 2.5 metres.

Entrance for exhibitors starts every day at 08:00 (am).
Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes will be handed out on site. Exhibitors are required to provide a list with the names of booth staff in order to get passes (Sebastian Keppler, exhibition@icra2013.org).
Invoice
The first invoice will cover only the booth area and does neither include the costs for a stand construction nor any additional equipment/service. For payment info, see below.
After the exhibition, you will receive an additional invoce for ancillary expenses caused by services/equipment you ordered prior to or during the exhibition. Payment info:

Own stand / rental stand
Exhibitors may feel free to bring their own stands to Karlsruhe or order a stand construction:
- Exhibitor with own stand: please submit a plan of your stand construction as well as the exact dimensions (height, width, depth). The plan has to be approved by KMK. Approval will be communicated via congress & more Klaus Link GmbH.
- Exhibitor with ordered stand: you may choose either a complete booth or single equipment according to your requirements. Please use the Technical Order Form ICRA 2013.
The exhibition will take place at the center of the conference. Booths will be located on the ground floor of the Kongresszentrum. The following image illustrates the current layout of the exhibition space. Indicated booth areas (pink) are not final yet, so locations and sizes may change, additional space will be reserved as needed.

In case you need electrical connections, please us the Technical Order Form ICRA 2013.
Booth construction
For panels, carpet or a complete booth (including panels, electricity, lights and carpet), please mark the appropriate entry in the Technical Order Form ICRA 2013. Poster panel size is 1m wide and 2.5 m high.
